Diagnosis
I can offer professional help over the phone or by email; however, most injuries will require you to make an appointment for me to make a full assessment of your condition.
Treatment
I offer professional treatments for children to the elderly at my clinic. All appointments consist of a detailed history, physical examination, treatment and an injury prevention plan.
Recovery
To make sure your condition improves as quickly as possible, I may need to show you straight forward exercises and demonstrate lifestyle advice after your appointment. Exercises are always given to suit your condition and your ability. This will make sure you become more mobile, and stronger preventing the injury from reoccurring. This is essential if you would like to get better and stay better!
